About My Work

I provide counseling for individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and personal challenges that feel overwhelming or difficult to untangle. Whether you are seeking clarity, emotional stability, or healthier patterns, therapy offers a structured space to work through what is keeping you stuck.

I also specialize in working with individuals and couples affected by compulsive sexual behavior, infidelity, and betrayal trauma. These situations often involve complex layers of shame, secrecy, and relational strain that require direct and steady clinical support.

My approach is structured, collaborative, and goal-oriented. Drawing from cognitive-behavioral and experiential methods, I help clients increase emotional awareness, interrupt destructive cycles, and build integrity-based behavior. Therapy is not simply supportive conversation — it is intentional work aimed at measurable progress and relational stability.

What to Expect

Therapy is structured and goal-oriented. While each client’s situation is unique, our work will focus on building awareness, accountability, and practical change.

In our work together, we may focus on:• Increasing emotional awareness and regulation
• Identifying and interrupting compulsive or destructive cycles
• Reducing shame and avoidance patterns
• Rebuilding trust and relational stability
• Developing integrity-based behavior
